Intelligentsia's commitment to direct trade allows them to cut out unnecessary importers and exporters, and enables them to truly partner with their growers to bring you the sweetest coffees in the world. They recommend starting with 6oz of water for every 9.5g of coffee (about 2 tbsp), which provides excellent extraction and maximizes flavor.
