All our roasting is done at our own facility in Maryland, USA, under the expert supervision of master roasters. Our award-winning roast of 100% Colombian beans is a Medium Roast, Whole Bean Coffee that is rich, winey, and full-bodied. These beans are cultivated at a high altitude in Colombia's rich, volcanic soils and harvested at their optimum ripeness. They are medium-roasted with winey notes and a rich, elegant aroma, resulting in a full-bodied finish.
